Returns and Refunds
The Libra Edit strive to offer high quality durable jewellery which our customers will love however we understand there will be rare occasions where a customer wishes to return or refund an item.
We offer a 21 day refund or exchange policy for eligible unworn items which are returned within 21 days of your original online purchase.
Please notify us via info@thelibraedit.com within 5 days if the item(s) you received are damaged, faulty or you received the wrong item(s). Please provide the order number and a description of the issue- we may ask you to provide photos to give a visual representation.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns regarding earrings, unless they are faulty.
In order to be eligible for a return, the customer must return the item in the same condition that it was received, unused and unworn and in the original packaging together with the original order confirmation.
How to return:
Customers will be responsible for costs incurred in returning items. The Libra Edit are not responsible for lost or damaged items in return transit therefore we
recommend that you use a tracked postal service.
Tarnish:
Gold plated jewellery may tarnish over time, however by following our jewellery care guide, your jewellery will look its very best for years to come. Each order is
posted in a soft jewellery pouch which is the best way to store your jewellery when not being worn, to ensure its longevity.
Huggie hoops:
Huggies may lose their “click” over time, particularly if frequently worn however there is an easy fix to this issue! Simply open the huggie, and gently use your thumb to push the curved post up very slightly. Try closing the earring to see if the “click” has returned. If it hasn’t, simply re-open and try pushing the post up slightly more. If you have inadvertently pushed the post up slightly too much, simply push it down slightly and again try closing until you hear the “click”.
